Louis Bouillot, producer of Crémants de Bourgogne in Nuits-Saint-Georges, once again underlines its audacity with the launch of four exceptional Brut Nature cuvées, Les Grands Terroirs. Aimed at purists, these sparkling wines have been given no dosage – the final addition of sugar prior to adding the cork – to allow the wines to give the truest expression of each of the Burgundy plots from which they hail. These wines are each very distinct, and will appeal to lovers of authentic wines.
