Louis Bouillot's Perle d'Or The Louis Bouillot range stretches like a string of eight rare pearls*. The most exceptional is Perle d'Or, a pure-bred wine made only in great vintages and produced in strictly limited quantities. |

Lyre-shaped vines at the Château de Mercey Originality meets quality!
Rare in Burgundy vineyards, high vines trained into a “lyre” are the major innovation at the Domaine du Château de Mercey. Each plant is divided at around waist height into two fruit-bearing cordons, trained in opposite directions to leave the centre open. Seen end-on, this forms a “Y” shape, more poetically described as a lyre.

Le Domaine de la Vougeraie Ten years old and it feels like only yesterday… The Domaine de la Vougeraie was created in 1999 from a decision to regroup all the family’s vineyards in the area into a single entity. The “Vougeraie”, the family home, is a symbol of filiation – from our grandfather, Louis Boisset, through Jean-Claude, his son and today to Nathalie and Jean-Charles, his grandchildren, the driving forces behind the rebirth of the estate. The name also evokes “Vougeot”, where we have ten hectares of precious vines; a third of the total area. |
