    Art and Wine at the Château de Rully
This summer, for the fourteenth consecutive year, the Château de Rully will be hosting an exhibition of contemporary art, with the emphasis firmly on eclecticism and originality. From June 26th to August 31st a dozen artists, painters, sculptors and ceramicists will be exhibiting their works in the prestigious surroundings of the medieval fortress, a listed historical monument.

    Antonin Rodet joins La Famille des Grands Vins
A new foothold in the Côte Chalonnaise. Antonin Rodet thus rounds out Boisset’s portfolio of maisons and domaines, and allows Boisset a privileged foothold in the Côte Chalonnaise, in line with its strategy for all its production terroirs. Boisset is already present in Chablis, the Côte de Nuits and Côte de Beaune, in Beaujolais and the Rhône Valley, as well as in Canada and California.
      Lyre-shaped vines at the Château de Mercey
Originality meets quality! Rare in Burgundy vineyards, high vines trained into a “lyre” are the major innovation at the Domaine du Château de Mercey. Each plant is divided at around waist height into two fruit-bearing cordons, trained in opposite directions to leave the centre open. Seen end-on, this forms a “Y” shape, more poetically described as a lyre.

      Le Domaine de la Vougeraie Ten years old and it feels like only yesterday…
The Domaine de la Vougeraie was created in 1999 from a decision to regroup all the family’s vineyards in the area into a single entity. The “Vougeraie”, the family home, is a symbol of filiation – from our grandfather, Louis Boisset, through Jean-Claude, his son and today to Nathalie and Jean-Charles, his grandchildren, the driving forces behind the rebirth of the estate. The name also evokes “Vougeot”, where we have ten hectares of precious vines; a third of the total area.
