While the amber Rivesaltes come from white grapes,
the "tuilés" like Manor come from red grapes with
a minimum of 50% Grenache noir.
The Catalan wine-makers who grow Manor have inherited
a savoir-faire adapted to
the characteristics of this sun-drenched terroir.
Manor is appreciated by all connoisseurs and is today
the second brand on the Rivesaltes French market.
The deep red colour of Manor announces its fruity,
full-bodied, distinguished taste,
that evokes cooked fruit and cacao. It should be drunk cold, between
11° et 13°,
and goes ideally with sweet dishes or blue cheese.
