While the Rivesaltes tuilés are mainly made
from red grapes, the ambrés like Rapha
are made from white grapes.
Rapha is the fourth brand on the Rivesaltes market
and will soon be number three.
In the purest of Rivesaltes tradition, Rapha is made
with the white varietals of Grenache, Macabeu and Malvoisie.
Beyond its golden colour, the full flavour of Rapha
hints at preserved fruits, vanilla
and honey.
The ideal serving temperature is between 10° and
13°. Rapha can be consumed as an aperitif with dried fruit, with
sweet and sour dishes or with desserts such chocolate, tarts, cream
cakes or dry cakes…
