The Cuvée Signature range is a selection
of premier icon villages, Premier Crus and Grand Crus from Côte
de Nuits and Côte de Beaune exclusively. Harvested, made
and aged by winemaker, they are produced in very limited quantities. Overlooking the town of Beaune,
the 8 hectare Clos du Roi Premier Cru vineyard produces the magnificent Pinot Noir grapes we have selected for
our Cuvée Signature. |

Fermented in oak vats and then barrel aged for
10 months (38% new oak). |

Visual: Intense garnet ruby red with black cherry
accents.
Nose: The nose is well developed, with hints of dark berries
in kirsch (blackberry, cherry, blueberry) with mocha and spicy
notes.
Palate: A fleshy, powerful substance with a red berry attack.
Tannins then lend overall volume, generous
yet firm. |
